By using the personality test or candidate report module, users confirm their acceptance of the privacy policy of the external personality test provider. TraitPulse uses the provided email address solely to properly administer the personality test, which is used to prepare the candidate report. In reports generated by traitPulse, your email address is not used in file names or within the report content. Instead, we use a unique test access code assigned to you. Your email address helps us identify which test belongs to you, enabling us to manage, edit, or delete your data upon your request. Our databases also store email addresses of individuals who have ordered specific analyses or tests, but these are used solely to provide the requested services.
• Personality Test Results: The results of a candidate's personality tests are stored both in the external test provider's databases and in TraitPulse's databases. They are used to create various reports regarding the candidate's predispositions and personal characteristics, their fit with a specific organizational culture, or developmental needs. All analyses are conducted based on the experience and subjective assessment of mechanisms and algorithms prepared by TraitPulse. The results of these tests are shared with entities that have ordered services, such as the Candidate Report or Team Shape Analysis; however, candidates' email addresses are anonymized as described in the previous point.

In order to utilize mechanisms and ensure the proper functioning of the TraitPulse.com platform, we may place cookies on your browser and create entries in its local storage and session memory. However, these entries do not contain sensitive data and are always saved in the form of a special, encrypted token. Cookies are used to:
